All right, guys, so we’ve made it to our first stop here in Belmont. This is going to be McLean. McLean is a massive community. You see me standing in front of the AR Homes model. This is going to be more of their higher end side. This is called Hunts Point. They still have some opportunities available on this side, but you’re looking at a higher price point, probably a million plus or so, maybe even a little bit more depending on how you deck your home out.

So on the other side of the road...

you’ve got 130 acres of green space trails. You have amenities, pool, you’ve got dry and wet boat storage. Drift, which is a fantastic new restaurant in this area, is right across the street. If you are looking for luxury in Belmont, this is it. This is where you need to be.

All right, folks, so our next stop in Belmont is going to be Reflection Point. Again, if you’re looking for luxury options in this area, this is definitely a community you need to take a look at. So you’ve got 360 separate home sites, all are custom. You have fantastic amenities here, clubhouse, soccer field, playground, pool, walking trails, the entire gamut. You name it, it’s here. Definitely want to take a look at this community.

Meritage Homes

All right, folks, so we’ve made it to our final neighborhood in Belmont. This is called a Amberley by Meritage Homes. This is going to be more of your medium price point, so you’re starting at 400,000 or so and going up from there. You’ve got nice walking trails, large lots, lots of space in between your homes. If you’re looking for something in this area in that mid-level price point, this is definitely a community you should consider.
